We've made several purchases from kinkymedical and not had any problems. After doing some research it turns out they are one of the cheapest places on the net to get needles

I deal with www.painfulpleasures.com when I need piercing equipment that I cannot get from my usual medical wholesaler. They sell to the public and seem to have cheaper prices than kink-oriented businesses.
