Do you like to wait till afterwards to eat or do you like to go right into it on a full stomach? I usually like to wait till afterwards, but when my tummy starts rumbling..during, it can be quite a distraction :/

Actually, I eat before. Generally not heavy, but there is a lot of energy expended in swinging floggers for a few hours.

I've had bad experiences when I don't eat before- the adrenaline and other chemicals quickly make my body go out of whack. But I don't recommend a heavy meal either if you really want a good long session.

I require my sub to eat a light meal before to prevent problems with blood sugar from hapening with all the activity. I also keep stuff on hand and make her eat afterwards. I also allways have bottles of water on hand. As a general rule of thumb I make sure I have everything I need within easy reach durring play because its really a bad idea to leave a sub alone durring play tied or untied for any amount of time.

Depends on the time of day, when I last ate, etc. If it's been a awhile, I'd do some sort of light protein like chicken, make sure I was hydrated, had some chocolate on hand for afterwards if a lengthy session is planned, so more or less, play it by ear depending on the energy and other factors of the moment. LOL.. this all depends the type of play! When your submissive/bottom is asking you if you want them to puke up all the Chinese food you just ate together an hour ago, it's something to take into consideration.

Ive never really thought about it, we have extended play with gaps in between and yeah i guess there is always a bag of crisps or chocolate knocking about somewhere for when we are all lounging about

We usually have a light dinner. The only exception is serious anal training. In that case...I prefer a fast and cleanse day.

My stomach is always killing me for a few hours (up to 6 hours) after I eat so I wouldn't eat before LOL

If we plan play,we eat lightly. Its hard to play when you've eaten steak and potatoes. Once we were supposed to play but I was so stuffed i fell asleep. Since then we try to eat lighter if play is intended.

Being well nourished before a play is absolutely essential for me. Always have bottles of water or Gatorade handy and a candy bar or some fast acting sugars. For extended play > 5 hrs we have meal supplement drinks.

For longer sessions, I keep a plate of fruit and lots of bottled water in the room. It helps me stay hydrated and keeps our energy level up. I prefer a full meal after; R. is an excellent cook, so once we can move again (heh) we have fun making a meal together. S. takes me to a restaurant after,; drinks and dessert are mandatory!

depending on the role and activity but for the most part i eat something light , hydrate through out the exchange and also eat something light after along with more water .Fruits are a great pick me up .There is also using food in your bdsm which can be a whole thrilling exchange in itself .I tend to feast the next morning or next day after a great nights sleep .[:)]

Doesn't matter. Before, during or after is fine by me. The sub is not going anywhere while she's chained to the wall or hog tied.

I DEFINITELY need to eat before and even with eating i might feel dizzy where I need a drink asap if the pain level is getting a bit too much for me. As much I am willing and happy to take, my body just can't really keep up with it sometimes...

I don't like to play if I haven't eaten at all that day. But not immediately after a meal. Going out to dinner afterwards is always nice if it's been extended play, very fuzzy, him guiding my steps, it always seems as though we're in a private cave somewhere, I don't seem to notice anyone else.

I eat in the same way that I would before and after an intense workout. If I play or workout on an empty stomach then it will mess me up physically and the activity will be less fulfilling. I eat enough so that I will have the energy to endure and be an active participant in the play but not so much that it might turn into rainbow play (that is a limit that he has). Afterwards, I also eat a little something so I do not crash physically. I also make sure that I stay well hydrated before, during and after. Of course during play it becomes part of the play since lately he has only allowed me water if it comes from his mouth... Knight's Kyra

I really feel that eating something light for both parties is a good idea... It just seems to keep the energy going...and it can be a way of bringing about the right mind set if you dine together and make them do the meal service...
