Look into it a bit more, depending on many circumstances, a good lawyer can absolutely nullify them. Now a living trust is another matter, and what I would recommend.

Combine the pre-nup with a living trust to a trusted family member. Possibly even create an LLC to curtain everything behind. Depending on your assets, what you want to protect them from and the state you are in, will determine how you want to approach it. Just get a good attorney to rig it all up, and if you have a lot of assets, spread them out into multiple trusts.

The best way is to just not get married. Why is marriage needed? Have you ever looked into the history of marriage and divorce?
