It is hard to say, there are so many possibilities that it is hard to guess which is correct.

We know the mind can override the physical and if indeed there was mental illness, a compulsion that was driven by that mental illness could supercede any pain or common sense thought to "move one's arse".
There also could have been pre-existing physical issues that would make either staying there less painful than it would be for more. Or that moving was painful period. Add to some mental issues and voila'.

It will definately be an interesting story to follow if possible.

lol I feel crappy....was feeling good, but now I am thinking I should spend a few years on the can. heh.

Why on earth did it took 2 years for her boyfriend to call help? I understand now why when he got to the bathroom master say: If I m not there in an hour call the cops

Wonder who could got mental problems between those 2?

She probably has that mental disorder where she is afraid to go outside and leave the house. Apparently as a child her Mother kept her inside a lot, maybe that could be it. Though I don't understand why the boyfriend didn't get her help sooner. If it is a real story it is very strange and sad.
