Wait till he's in elementary school, and the Pop Warner League will be chasing him.

At four my son did a pre-karate class and the sensei tried everything to get me to put him in a class with 8 year olds. Too much pressure. We quit when summer came as a result. My kids do sports because they want to, and not for anybody else. And my oldest was offered scholarships from colleges she didn't apply to because of her success.

Although I want him to do baseball again because it was a lot of fun for the mothers watching last year. We all went out to dinner together afterwards, brought brownies for the games, etc. Spent more time talking than watching the games!

And i totally agree with you...it HAS to be fun for the kids first and foremost. The sensei needed a karate kick to his ass.

i know it sounds funny, but alot of coaches encourage the football players to take dance.
I know with the 4-5 yr old i coach in soccer...there are two girls that take ballet..and they are fantastic players.

Um.. no.. no hurring it up dang it.. I still have lots to do!

Status: offline 		Sunshine...HUGE Hugs to you dear..but..while I know all of this was very painful to you this morning..stop and think..if it had been on a movie screen you would have been dying of laughter. Sometimes the best way to turn a day around is to laugh at it, and the absurdity of it. I have laughed after I have tripped over absolutely NOTHING and landed flat on my assets covered in laundry. At the look on my face after I have reached into the oven absentmindedly to grab a hot pan..and even on a dinner ruined and fed to the dogs, because I dropped it on the floor ( lasagna is NOT as good scraped from the floor), or unscrewed the garlic lid and dumped half the jar in something instead of flipping open the top and sprinkling.. Sometimes all you can do is find the funny. It's never funny when it happens...but the funny is almost always there on a pratfall day if you look for it. I've skated a long after many a dog on ice and Komodo lays in the kitchen WAITING for the dropped food with hope on his face. The funny is there.

Craves sounds like it is time to get proactive... (which I am sure you have already been), tell them exactly what you want, where you want it and in what price range. Then tell them if they cannot get you at least close to what you want instead of showing you what you don't, you will find another agent who will. Now after you have done that go to the http://erarealty.com and http:\\www.century21.com, put in your criteria, price range etc..and select multiple listings You want to see and tell them to make it happen. Remember they work for you.


Holly be happy he wasn' checking 2 years ago when he was still womb bound. These days they are booking kids into prime kindergartens on up through college before the 2nd trimester. He probably checked out your height and the LO's shoulders and said..Olympic GOLD.
