I hate it when I pull a "Red" and go ass over teakettle because my sandal got caught on the sidewalk and I end up bouncing my no-longer-happy ass on the cement. As I was laying there moaning in pain, with my kids looking on saying, "hey, you okay there mom?" (with the same excitement that they say, "oh look, it's time to clean the house"), I was thinking, "no, that wasn't a Red, there was no ice involved, that must have been a Holly."

Ripped the skin off my knee, got a lump on my hip the size of... well... let's just say it's BIG, my ankle hurts, even my TOES hurt. Dangit.

But, I did NOT break a nail. I am a pimpette, after all.

Damnnnnnn, we MUST be hanging around Clumsy too much on the Boards! I was going to class last night, climbed into the back of the ambulance & hit the side of my head HARD on a loose board. That hurt like HELL! But it did prove that my head is indeed as hard as everyone says it is because I barely got a bruise!!

i hate it that i got hurt at work yesterday. i had to go to the workman's comp. Doctor, and was there from 3pm-9:45. After being put on light duty and being told i needed an MRI in 1-2 days, when i explained i wasn't up to coming to work today, i get, "Are you sure? you should just come on in and work...after all the chick from corporate that handles all workman's comp claims will have to call and check your claim etc before you can get an MRI it will take longer than the Doctor said"
i hate that it's a bad part of my field....you get hurt, and you're treated like a liability, as if you're being scolded for doing something wrong.....

i love that i decided to still take a day off to heal...i love that i am learning the power of "no"
