It leaves at 6:10pm & arrives at 8:40pm on Fri. night!!
Is your flight straight thru? I'm hoping you have a stop at Dulles to pick me up :))

i hate that i waited as late as i did to purchase my plane ticket, i could have saved about $100. but i love that i'm going to see omg... greedy getting married!!!!!

I'm so used to flying JetBlue I hope I don't go to their gate instead of Southwest!!

It would be ridiculously expensive since I'm in a western suburb & it's on the eastern side of the city, miles & miles & miles from me.  There's a cab driver who lives in the next building & if I have to I'll see what he would charge me.  Daddy has to be at work here at 8am & I don't need to be at the airport till about 9:30, but if push comes to shove, he'll get up early & take me before he goes to work & I can sit at the airport for a couple extra hours.  I just really hate asking him to fit another thing into his already stressed out life right now.

Status: offline 		That's what I did when TJ & I caught a flight to FL in July.
My daughter had to be at work & still get the girls ready for daycare. I told her she could take us as early as she needed to, it didn't matter. Flight was supposed to leave at 11am.
We were at the airport by 6am. Flight was delayed a couple of hours. Good times!! :))
But it's soooo worth it to be hours early opposed to 5 minutes late.

Status: offline 		I don't mind being at the airport hours ahead.  I just worry about his already pinched timing.  He has kids to get to school & himself to get to work back on this side of town on time & driving in rush hour traffic.  I could also just drive out there & park for the 4 days in long-term.  I'll figure out a way.  I just hate counting on people who then are unavailable to confirm.

Status: offline 		I know Lin, that sucks when you're this close to a trip & can't find the folks who promised you a ride.  Definitely check w/your neighbor, he'll probably give you a good rate.
Also check w/the airport shuttle services. Some of the "shared" rides are cheap.

I will get to the airport without having to bother the Evil One.  The female half of the couple called me back & we're still on as planned.  YAY!!!  But thanks for the brainstorming.  It truly helped.

C is depressed about the kittah dying. The neighbors had pesticide sprayed yesterday, I am thinking maybe that had something to do with it, but we are still not sure.
He  is mopey and down, and I suck at comforting people.
