for chest cold.... musinex and tons of water
some times the cough is due bronchial spasms which alot of times are the reason for some chest cough..Ivy leaf extract, not easy to find in some health food stores but cheap online and iherb.com is pretty quick.  It will stop the spasms within minutes and the cough will lessen.

My allergy dr always said, up and out dont use suppressant unless you just have to have sleep.  I have had bronchitis and chest coughs....those two combo's work every time, soon as the cough hits start hitting the musinux and drinking tons of water, the more water the looser it comes out and avoids bacterial infections. The longer the mucus stays in the lungs the better the chance of infection if its moving out is doesnt have time to really breed.

To all of you that are yelling at me, I am feeling better!  Even ate a big dinner (No, not the nasty stuffed peppers! lol)  The wonderful weather helped out a lot! Just breathing in all that 70 degree freshair, has made me feel like I've done a complete 180!

Status: offline 		i hate that i'm officially sick.....i hate that i stayed home today and i had to sleep all day.... i hate that it's time for me to wind down for the night..........i hate that He tried to call me, email me, etc for lunch and finally came home and woke me up to ask me if i wanted to get something for lunch....... Which i then ate and was back to sleep before He left again.......
