The spider? This morning it did its dance behind Jed's cage, again out of reach. I know that spraying kills the little {expletive deleted}s but I don't want to leave hairspray marks on my walls! Or spray around my brrrrdie!

I WILL kill them though. They KNOW that the basement is their real, they should stick to it!

Oh hun.. I hate that you have so many hate its.

As for the cane.... hun if you need it use it. I have hated mine with a firey passion. ( I forgot it on the Orlando trip like an idiot. Boy did I rue the day)

For the um problems... go to the court, and file a motion to have them enforce your visitation rights. Record each time you see the um, and each time you are denied. what day, time, and circumstances. They will make it happen.

I wish my um's father gave half as much of a fig about seeing his son. But then.. he is a real bastard.. and I really happy he doesnt bother. He emotionaly damaged his older um from his first wife. Not what I want for my um ya know?

Good luck hun. things will get better. The economy and jobs suck right now.

You are not a loser... you are just one of the many unfortunate people who are in this situation.

The spicey ones are Soft's fave. I like plain or BBQ.

I hate it that the district attorney has declined to go forward with charges against my ex. Despite the fact that he violated the restraining order and tried to run me over with his truck, and I have an impartial witness. They said I can take him to civil court if I want.

Nice turnaround from them being happy about my detailed timeline of the events that day, from the witness statements, from the detailed police report. They had the nerve to say, "if would be different if he took a baseball bat to your car or something."

I just fuckin' give up.

yeah using aresols in a home with a bird is bad bad bad.. they are sooooo suseptiable to being damaged that way.

Best to leave Guido ( the spider) alone. You leave him be.. he will leave you be ... usually.

and No Poen... I can not drive there each time you get a spider... I can only try to educate you spider hating folks to leave them be..

Gwyn, I am more than happy to transplant a spider from the house to outside. Im not much scared of them unless they are of the poisonous type. That and I have a pretty good idea of spider types.

Havent seen on here yet tho.

As I said..I have no problem if they stay on their side of the door...the outside of it. In the house they are dead meat.

Asher...take a deep breath..and center yourself. You will get a job OR you will make one for yourself. You are a very astute, personable and employable young man, but you are battling a job crisis that is hitting all of this country. Your value is NOT tied to your wallet however and I wish men would understand that. The majority of women do not measure your worth by what you earn despite what Madison avenue would have you believe. There are a lot more qualities that are important and frankly, jobs are going to come and go, those other qualities are the ones that stay day in and day out. As for your visitation rights..Gywn is right, document and take it into court. Yes you can do it Pro Se or with a lawyer if you can afford one, but the longer she gets away with it, the harder the battle will be. Custody, visitation rights etc are decided by a court and are a court mandate that is binding on both sides. She too can suffer penalties for not obeying the court order and giving you the time and access already decreed.

Meanwhile use that cane..better a cane than a wheelchair.
