I don't mean that she wants good cheer.. but I can't even pull myself out of my own unhappiness long enough to call her tonight. Crap that doesn't even make sense.

I don't have any thing to give right now, and that makes me feel awful inside. If I were to call her, I would cry. She doesn't need me to be reacting off my own emotions, she needs the strength of friends and right now I have no strength.

Nothing I have going on compares to her, to him.

But stuff happened today and I'm just a mess.

That still probably doesn't make sense.

We have All been there. Like my sister being diagnosed with breast cancer and I am thinking, "I cant handle one more thing" as if Its all me, me , me.

Camille, she may want someone she CAN cry with...your reasons for crying are yours..her's hers..sometimes we just need someone to share the tears with.

i'm with poen. sometimes a good cry is the very thing you need to get rid of some grief tension. then you can make an awful joke, laugh/gurgle, and get on with the task of surviving. i think there are times when you can't cry too much. and it feels good to cry with someone who loves you.

I cry when I need to. My saying is that crying makes the bad stuff flow out of your soul and cleanses what is currently there. I generally feel alot better after a good cry.

I hate it when I go to a Zumba class- an aerobic Latin rythmn class.....I only make it 15 minutes. Not becuase I was huffing and puffing( I was), but because the pain in my arches was too much! Grrr. I guess I'll try spinning or stick to water. But I love dance beats!

at least you can dance lushy. i'm actually thinking of taking some kind of dance class when i'm a little settled back in salt lake. hopefully i won't take anyone out with my out of control flailing limbs lol

and the special people in your life (poen) let you get the tears out while not being judgemental or thinking I am weak. It was a hard difficult talk we had, but I needed to hear it again and have it reinforced.

I loves my poen she is just so special and awesome. We understand each other. or rather learning and so close with her.

And I double ditto that damn cough, I will be so happy when she can manage a full nights sleep without coughing wrecking havoc on her sleep. Just kills me that I can do something to help

Angel I so agree. I so glad I am here when BP goes on a trip I am so glad Im now there to comfort her as its just so hard on her. I mentioned some where that crying cleanses the soul for that period of time and to me it does help

Have you tried putting arch support insoles in your shoes? I have to add them to almost every single pair of shoes I wear. But gawd, it's like night and day.
