Status: offline 		...current issues don't let me fall asleep...90 minutes ago I aimed to go to bed, sleep for 5 hours and then to get up to work on my essay until I am off to work...but as it looks like I am going to have to cancel my shift today as my mind is too fucked up to go for that gorgeous long shift...have just not the peace of mind to fall asleep with essay trouble and private issues...so I took my fms tablet now which helps me to knock me out...which means it is unlikely to be able to get up in 4 hours now to continue my work...I hate it when my personal troubles interfere with my work...as after all to earn that damn money DOES help...but fine, I am defeated...obviously my body needs that damn time off...*sob*

Status: offline 		  i hate it  that girly is not feeling like her perky, sexy, hot self... i hate it that she missed out on meeting a bunch of folks from CM...
i hate it that i know people are worried about me but i don't currently possess the energy or strength to tell them what's going on.
i hate it that at the ER this weekend they told me i had a lacunar infarction type of stroke... i hate that i still have little to no clue what that even freaking means.
i hate that i can not get in to see the neurologist until the 20th of May.
i hate that some people do not comprehend that leaving certain decisions to me (such as go to the hospital) is like playing russian roulette while walking a tightrope over snakes and alligators.
i hate it that i takes all of my energy just to remain existing currently. 
i hate it that i told my mom that i wished i could die....and i hate it even more that i wasn't really joking.
i hate it that He's so worried about me.
i hate it to see the pain and fear in His eyes when He looks at me.
i hate it that i'm not physically up to cleaning the apartment.

I totally understand having to wait to see the specialist! It sucks! I have to wait till the 19th to see the surgeon.

It means that an artery that takes blood deep into your brain is closed or was temporarily closed when it was supposed to be open (blood flowing freely thru it). 

There are five classic "syndromes" of lacunar infarction, which I will try to keep in layman's terms.  For each of these, the symptoms are generally a bit more complicated than stated here: 

1.  One-sided paralysis (such as one-sided facial droop and inability to use the arm on that same side).

2.  Clumsiness and weakness of the leg.

3.  Clumsiness/weakness of the hand, most often seen when writing.

4.  Numbness, tingling, pain, burning, or other unpleasant symptoms on one side of the body which may be constant or may come and go.

5.  A combination of the above.

Prognosis:  Patients often recover well.  Patients with this type of stroke have a greater chance of survival beyond 30 days (96%) than those with other types of stroke (85%).  Between 70 and 80% are functionally independent at one year, compared to fewer than 50% with other types of strokes. 

Sometimes lacunar infarctions are referred to as "silent strokes" or "small strokes".

Status: offline 		i hate it when it turns out i don't qualify for the special program that would pay for my surgery.  So i'm not on the schedule.  This thing is about 8cm in diameter...i can't wait until i get medicare next year.  Don't know how to deal with this.  i guess i'll go write my will.

Status: offline 		...I  receive a phone call from my agency to inform me finally that shifts I took on in another area are paid at a cheaper rate  great

on the plus side they decided to pay my normal rate for the shifts I did there in april as I was not aware about that difference...but it is slightly annoying...

...depite that I am still far to confused and annoyed about many aspects which causes a real struggle to get my damn essay done. It is done to 80% but still needs the research part and the conclusion and some tidying up (which means some more reading to maybe write some parts a bit better). I am so glad when I get rid of that tonight.

I also hate that I sold a book on amazon and cant find it....which means if I can't find it tonight then I have to refund the payment and loose out on that lil bit of extra cash
