Status: offline 		I hate it when the Dr. gets a little snitty, says "well, as this is the forst time you've seen me..."

and before they go on, I say, "No."

"Huh?"

"THis is th third or even FOURTH time I have seen you, each time was for over 35 minutes, all in the past 2 years."

Then they treat ME like a shit for having a better memory than their RECORDS.

I hate that I have acquired so much stuff over the last five years that it makes Me feel like I'm drowning in it.  And that's before the movers have even gotten here.  Arrrrgggghhhhh!

Blah that sucks HPH .... I could suggest you be like me and move interstate and use that as an excuse for not arranging an overdue ouch-inducing scan and all the bullshit that comes with endless testing but unfortunately avoidance can only last for so long I think

Status: offline 		Sfter what they did to me in Hospital there is nothing this BMD can frighten me with, Wanders.  a triplespinal tap/lumbar puncture males most things like this pale by comparison.

Status: offline 		i hate when i worry about money. Honestly, not something i'm used to.

i hate that my worrying has affected me in such a way, that things that normally would excite me, seem like daunting tasks i must "undergo" because i already agreed to them.

i hate that i'm not my normally  fabulously-vivacious-and-all-around-joyful self.

i hate that the weeuns are on holiday with Dad, and that i miss them, and they miss me...but i don't want them to feel guilty for enjoying themselves.

i hate realizing that for the next 13 years or so, this is my reality....separate holidays, and the blues that go along with them.

i hate PMS....it just magnifies all the shitty stuff  already going on.

i hate that i've gained weight since my surgery. i hate that my body still feels tired....but that i will try my damnedest to get sent back to work because i can't afford to live off half of my salary much longer.

i hate that in this country which i love, the rights of workers are protected very little. No wonder people just give up and go on welfare. Were i one of those people with NO job, or health insurance premiums i must pay in CASH while i'm on Workman's Comp....i'd be doing better finanancially, and with better health coverage to boot! If i had no work ethic, and no one for whom i was responsible of setting an example...i could be less stressed right now.

i hate that i'm becoming one of those people that think these kinds of thoughts....

grins....don't make me try and outdo you with horror medical procedure stories Hiltie .... though having a damn needle happy anaesthetist screw up TWICE when attempting to give me an epidural in my spine before surgery was not one of my favourite experiences (and the third time she numbed the wrong spot so it actually made things worse after the surgery )

On a completly different note, my dear car is leaking anti freeze badly. I think it is going to be expensive, and I will have to decide whether it is even worth it to fix. I love my car, but only when it is not broken.

whatever you do...do not beat yourself for the feeling, or the decisions you make related to it. It is a very human feeling to have.

As to your car...i hope it works out for you. Funny how attached we get to our cars.
