Status: offline 		Asher, call the housing authority...tell them you are renting and what the deal is and you have a baby in the house.  your landlord by law, has only a few days to fix something like this...4 days is ridiculous.  hell, if i knew where you lived, i'd call myself.

Fix it Yourself. Deduct the cost from the next month's rent and enclose a copy of the receipt with the rent check. Make sure to add a letter explaining the deduction and keep copies of all of it for Yourself.

Replacing a pane of glass is easy enough that i have done it myself. A whole window is more work, but still do-able.
