(I suppose I really should go to bed now... but not before I post a proper "hate.")

I hate it when the office manager is getting ready to go on vacation for 10 days and, in preparation for her trip, has a freak out about what needs to get done before she leaves, goes through my stuff and another co-worker's stuff to make sure we know what needs to get finished in the next two weeks, and disrupts the work flow completely. I really wanted to tell her that I had managed to keep the Things alive for over a decade, lived in a third world country, and can actually find my way back home at night... but that may not have been conducive for remaining employed.

I hate it that the water is STILL fucking off. The hell with the toys, I need reinforcements. Who wants to help me beat a pudgy lil plumber man?

I hate it that the Assistant Manager that I was crushing on quit. Grrrr...

I hate it that I had to stay 2 hours after closing to do work that should have been by the day shift.

I also hate it that the current temp. manager is pissed off because I cant come in early tomorrow, or on my day off Saturday. Uhm...WTF!? You got people on the schedule that yall only gave 1 day to this week. CALL THEM!

I fell both times I was pregnant, never on the tummy though. I think it's something with the joints and weird gait, that kinda throws us off.

I am being very careful now, I promise! You should see Bob and the munchkins walking down the steps in front of me now, like if I fall they are going to somehow keep me from bowling them over! Maybe Bob, but the munchkins are just going to get mushed at the bottom of the steps. Actually we are talking about taking the carpet off the staircase and putting some non-slip thingies on the steps themselves. They are pretty slippery, even with the carpet on them.

I hate it when I do something stupid, like stand on a stool in the library wearing three inch stilettos so I could reach the book. I know it was really dangerous (me and my balance issues), but a).
