I knew some folks that used it for their back injuries. It was a mild response, not as good as flexeril. I be a flexeril afiscianado; I had a bunch of muscles cut in my neck and now have an eternally pissed off trapezius. And my scalenes are tight as a drum.

Well, I seem to be slightly better due to aleve and tiger balm and i dont know why, put takin half a xanax a couple times to sleep seem to ease the spasm. I have no idea how. Perhaps it works on some stress hormone, i dunno. I just took it to try to sleep.It does restiffen during the course of the day. Luckily I have a couple days off. But with Impy comin next week, I got alot a cleaninhg to do before then!

oh GI I am so sorry to hear about foamy...and that is an adorable photo on your profile Pots, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your friends, what a sad time Lushy take it easy, and don't go crazy with the cleaning, I am sure Impy wants to spend time with a not in pain Lushy who has a lived in home rather than a doubled over in pain Lushy in a spic and span display house.

I hate it when my plans for the night get cancelled. I was looking forwards to happy hour at the wine bar. Half off glasses of wine some food and good conversation. Damn wench gotta date. pish!
