i hate it that i have to say this, but there's no other options anymore. i will be going into the hospital again on nov. 19 and having a below the knee amputation of my left leg, the one i've been trying so hard to save since the reconstruction surgery 15 months ago. my surgeon thinks i will have an excellent recovery and that once i learn to walk again noone will be able to tell i have a prosthesis. i'm determined to get my life back! thank you all for all the support you have given me. i'll be hanging around off and on, trying to fit in as much schoolwork before i go in and taking breaks here. i'll be in the hospital for 3-4 days, so i'll be home for turkey day. i'll be damned if i'm cooking! Kallista, the SR-171 is a bitch. I assume that anyone who fills one out just passed the weeding out process. Chelle, good luck on the surgery. And I know it'll be tough, but at least you're not left not knowing what's going to happen.
