I hate that when I have a blonde moment. I was calling comcast every name under the sun plus some, Phoenix was about to call them when he said, " Nika is it plugged in" My response was, " of course it is" only to look and see that it was plugged into the wall but NOT the modemn. -smirks-

When I was the head of the "bitch and moan" dept. ~ read the poor supervisor that took the "I wanna talk to your supervisor!" calls for 3 regional call centers... I loved those kind of calls. ( if my reps could not calm them down enough to get them through the steps.

and yes.. it was at Comcast. *smiles*

at least you realized it before bitching out the cable company.. for that they are thankful.. *smiles*

I don't bitch them out, I refuse to deal with them anymore because I can't be tactful. So I call Phoenix and he calls them. So it would have been him looking like a goof ball because the modemn wasn't even plugged in. -laugh-
