Christine! I fear I may be too late, but I've only just seen your plight.

It's clear that what you need is a specialist consultant, not a mere doctor! A doctor and a nurse in quiet attendance would of course be a significant and valuable addition, but what I diagnose as needed for you right now is a detailed examination by a respected (and respectable) male physician with a wise and kindly demeanour and a comforting bedside manner.

Lie quiet - I have cancelled all other appointments.
