thanks rain...i'm too hot to do the heating pad and sometimes milk helps so that is what i'm trying first. i won't hear on that job until the first of next week...and i've got 2 more interviews at the beginning of next week so i'm feeling good about that!

Sweet, that's good. I'll keep you in my thoughts then. If milk helps you, then you might want to think about a deficiency if you're cramping badly. I've found that if I take my vitamin/mineral supplement, my cramps aren't nearly as bad! Also, a banana might help too - the magnesium is good for muscle cramps supposedly. [:)]

i take a calcium/magnesium supplement every night...maybe i'll take another one right now. i dont' know what it is about milk, sometimes it helps, sometimes not...seems to be helping a little so it's at least bearable. [:)]

i hate that my daughter just called me all excited because she talked to her dad and said that he was talking me up, saying what a wonderful woman i am etc and that he wants to spend more time with the kids. (this, out of the blue after 8 years of not giving a shit about our kids and ripping me apart to them everytime they talk to him). the only reason he's saying these things is becuase he knows i'm moving to the other side of the country in 6 months and he's afraid the kids will follow me. too little too late to avoid being that lonely old man he's been setting himself up to be, and jerking the kids around by their emotions makes me want to strangle him.
