Most people know this, but some don't:-

Fibromyalgia patients have widespread body pain which arises from their muscles. Some FMS patients feel their pain originates in their joints. Pain that emanates from the joints is called arthritis, extensive studies have shown FMS patients do not have arthritis. Although many Fibromyalgia patients are aware of the pain when they are resting, it is most noticeable when they use their muscles, particularly with repetitive activities. This results in their becoming physically unfit, which eventually makes their Fibromyalgia symptoms worse.

Pretty shit stuff to have to cope with. Definitely not amusing to have to handle life's tedious moments too. (I guess "tedious moment" doesn't quite say it all about the house thing Camille).

The problem with fibromyalgia, is that it is very misunderstood and can come with about sixty symptoms besides pain, that can come and go at any time.  During a flare up, which stress can be a big factor in, one's life can be turned into a nightmare.  The neurotransmitters in the brain are not connecting properly and are sending off faulty signals that the body is in pain when it should not be.  The pain is considered two to three times more pain than a person without fibromyalgia will have and last longer. 

Imagine an alarm clock in the brain.  When someone with fibromyalgia tries to sleep, this alarm clock will go off, waking them or keeping them from REM sleep.  Some say that one cannot go into a REM sleep if they have fibro, but I believe that we can get into a REM sleep, just may not be able to stay in it.  The body cannot heal as well becasue of the lack of REM sleep and it has many other things that this affects.

Camille... I wonder... have you tried listing your place out of state?  I know some people that couldn't sell their place and did that and had a buyer very quickly.  I sure hope you feel better very quickly!

i hate that my daughters boyfriend, who makes very good money and for a month now can't seem to come up with that 60 bucks i lent him when he was in a serious pinch, just called me a bit ago asking to borrow more.  i just detest moochers.

i hate that i got grumpy during my drug test today...it was the first one i've ever had so i asked a lot of questions...i was curious is all.  seems the "nurse" on duty wasnt' so amused, but i can't really blame her, i wouldnt' be so thrilled about handling urine samples all day either i suppose.  i just don't get why people need to be so pissy.  [;)]

I hate, hate, HATE it when my admissions people tell me all spring and summer quarters that I'm FINE for applying to for the fall Nursing program, I should get in EASILY! In fact, I don't even have to take classes over the summer, I'm covered! Go fuck off for the summer, have fun!

BUT THEN! THEN! THEY CALL ME TODAY and I have to wait another YEAR to get into the nursing program because they suddenly decide to change the requirements.... I asked EVER SINGLE MOTHERFUCKER in that admissions office if I was good to go .... WHAT THE FUCK.

Fucking amazing. I do not want to do this pro sub stuff. I want to be a nurse, and I want to work in a burn ward- and I am fucking unhappy with people whaling on me all day, and I am tired of assholes, and I am frustrated now... because I have wasted a year, because someone didn't tell me the truth for the summer.

Whats even more of a bitch? I have all the goddamn training to be a nurse, I did it all in the army for christs sake, I just don't have a civi piece of paper to show for it. I could be an emt b.... yayyyyy that means I can drive the ambulance! Can't TOUCH anyone, but can drive the ambulance... but unfortunatly the age is something like 22 and a perfect driving record to mess with that... I don't have either one of those.

I am angry... angry and full of jager... can you tell?
