Status: offline 		well he is doing the lawyer bit.. I am getting my ass sued off by the jack ass roomie I used to have mother.

He is wanting to go over the papers.. and what I should do in court so I have a chance of not losing my ass.

I finaly did not mask my feeling about him yesterday when he called. I was not my chipper happy self.. I actualy showed how pissed I was to a very minor degree. He had no clue as to why I could be upset with him so I spelled it out.

now this shit.

*grumbles*

Status: offline 		Gwyn, that was the last of his stuff, and I had been telling him to come get it for over a year.  I finally gave him a firm deadline and told him that he was either picking it up or I was considering it abandoned and I was getting rid of it.  He of course didn't believe me, but I stood firm.  That's when the shit hit the fan.

Unfortunately, it wasn't stuff I could just box up... it was a huge workbench that weighed several hundred pounds and hung off the end of his long-bed pickup when he finally got it loaded.  And some crated car parts (think front-end).  And he's never even lived here, I let him store it here because I was being nice (nice = idiot).

Thankfully, my garage is not attached to my apartment, so the kids didn't even know he was here.  I asked my older one if they heard anything, and she said no.

Custody issues are locked up... I have sole legal and sole physical custody, and he has visitation. 

The most he can do right now is come by and walk the kids to the park... he doesn't have a car seat, insurance, or valid registration on his truck, so he knows I won't let him drive the kids (the court order specifically addresses this). 

And he's about to be homeless, as he hasn't paid his rent in a couple of months, so they won't be going over to his house.

He's talked about leaving the area... I just wish he would.

It is fucked up.. but that is how thier thought process goes.

Do not offer meals, do not offer a place to stay.. dont offer anything. He will read much more into it.

Yes he is the father of the ums.. but that does not intitle him to wreck your, and thier lives. He was a date that went well.. and then turned sour over time. They need you to stand up to him and not allow him to be an ass to thier ma-ma.

Positive male rolemodels are much better then a father who has issues.

Status: offline 		In the past, I have let my guard down when he returned to being nice.  He hasn't been "nice" in so long now, that I don't think I would believe it if he did.  I'm actually surprised he isn't being nicer to me right now, seeing as how he is about to be evicted.  He generally is more calculating than that.

I had a long talk with a friend last night, after it was over, and all I can do is keep my resolve firm.  Around the time I left him (a bit over two years ago), I would let him stay over occasionally and spend more time with the kids.  I haven't done that since I discovered he went thru my cell phone while I was in the bathroom, writing down names and numbers of people in it. When I found out, I asked him what on earth he was hoping to accomplish?  What was he expecting to find? And what would it matter anyway?  I had left him, what did it matter who I was talking to?  He has never "gotten" that.  Anyway, he hasn't stayed over in a long time, and never will again.

It's also been quite a while since I offered to let him have a meal here with the kids.

What's funny is that I used to think that if he found someone else, he would leave me alone.  He had a girlfriend for just less than a year, and the entire time he was with her, he was still trying to get me to come back. I don't have any illusions that it is ME that he wants... he wants the more stable life that I have (financially and all), and he wants whatever/whoever he doesn't have.

My ex was and can be the same way.  I tried being so kind, thinking it would be contagious, to no avail.  Now, I try to just be civil, and limit our discussions to the kids, and keep those very short.  My ex was a mess, too.  Ended up losing place after place, living like a gypsy.  He's much better now, and I'm glad, for him and the kids when they are with him.  I hope and pray, that in time, things will be so much better for you.

I hate it that I was concerned the Daddy-o would pop out of bush, or knock on my door while my new Beau was with me. He even jokingly asked if there was any one with a shot gun he should be concerned about... *nervous chuckle*

But thankfuly booger man stayed where ever the hell he is.. and left me, and us be.

Oh.. and while I am on the "hatin" thread.. I hate it that he had shit to do in the morning and couldnt stay. *pouts a bit* Looks like it is me, and Jean Claude the teddy bear again tonight.

He is an life sized teddy bear.. warm, fluffy... doesnt talk back... doesnt ask for anything.

But there is nothing like a real life teddy bear to snuggle with... *sighs*

Give me about 20 more years of nights like tonight and I might catch up on all the snuggles I have been lacking in.
