I usually get one in fall and spring, but this one came a little early after Hurricane's Gustav and Ike stirred up the crap in the air I guess..... and it had nothing to do with kissing Master who also has a head cold.

Status: offline 		i hate it when i get woken up at 7 am with the first of 4 workers who have called in sick, 3 of them having clients before 9 am.

i hate that two of them don't work in my office and they take forever to check workers/facts, etc to find an appropriate replacement worker.

i hate that between 7 and 9 i was chasing replacements. i haven't finished my 7 am coffee. i haven't showered. i'm already late for work and it's my last day of work for two weeks.

however, work knows i'll be in late and they already feel sorry for me, lol......

I like that you use the word "forums" as the plural rather than pretending to know anything about Latin and using an ablative case singular ending rather than accusative plural. People that use "fora" are pretentious pseudo-intellectuals, if you ask me.

Anyway, just use them as a substitute Kaffeklatsch. You know, hangin' out with other electrons. Peace.

Status: offline 		You don't have to leave to step back and take time for you. Take that time and relax..nothing says you have to post, read or even check in until you are ready. But it will allow you to keep in contact with those who have come to mean something to you if you keep your account open..and who knows on those nights when you just need a shoulder..maybe some encouragement and here we will be waiting for you.

I HATE that between Friday night and 7am this morning suddenly the PC at work no longer allows access to Yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and most importantly.... CM!!!!!!!!!!  I suspect that the 'desk mgr' passive aggressive fucktard I work with did it.  HE has admin access, I don't *grumble*  Which means that while I'm bored shitless at work, I cant check the forums...  Thank god for ebuddy.com, that way I could at least keep IMs going....

Yeah I love this movie too... it is amazing how so many people dont look around and see what is right before thier eyes.

I always play this movie on Guy Fawkes Day... I usualy have a bonfire if I have a yard.. and a big cook out.

This year will be bitter sweet.. My fave Brit will not be there.

I have to agree with poen and the others.  During the past almost 3 years that I've been on CM, I've taken necessary breaks along the way, and I know that you have, too.  The first time I checked out was for nearly a year, and as needed, (like during the past month), I come and go as I please because while I love everyone here to pieces - sometimes I just need time to think and deal with me and life on this side of the computer. 

You've been going through a lot it seems, and you just may need a break.  So take one, and take as long as you need.  People come and go from here, and some make it back.  There will always be someone here to offer a word of encouragement or silliness to you.  But, in the end, you need to do what you feel is best for you.
