i hate that i got home late from work, took chicken out to thaw for din din and my son gets home unexpectedly ( i was supposed to have the night to myself), and he convinces me to make a pot roast. who the hell starts a pot roast at 7 pm on a friday night? now i hve about 4 hours until dinner is ready. i doubt i'll even be conscious in 4 hours. (sure smells good though). [8\|]

christine, do you have a boston market near you? their pot roast isn't half bad. eta....brokenmind, I've done pot roast overnight in slow cookers. Especially if I was having a family holiday dinner at my home.

we used to have them here but i think they are gone now. nothing beats home made...i just wish i would have started it earlier. i'm a sucker when it comes to my kids though...a good and bad thing lol. my son's just such a big cutie with hollow legs, i can't help but feed him!

i never liked boston market's food cause it's way over-salted for me...& i had a cat for a couple of years who LOVED turkey, but refused to eat boston market's...LOL

well, this is a fun turn of events.....son is now gone again for the night and i'm stuck tending to the 4 hour dinner he wanted. might just have to dump it in the crock pot. tell me why, please, just tell me why i'm such a sucker for a good looking kid that happens to be my son.

i should probably just delete any cmail from anyone i don't know. (to those of you i do know, i love you!) when a dom couple emails me and says she needs a slave to iron and make the bed and lick...well, since it says in my profile that i'm fucking STRAIGHT and i'm looking for MALE DOMINANTS...it makes me a bit snarky in my replies. really, i should just stop reading cmails from strangers.

That just brings back bad memories for me I think the reason I'm resisting my submissive side so much is that the last relationship I had which was classified as D/s all he really wanted was someone to cook, clean, and do all the crap around the house he didn't want to do and to be honest I'm working 40 hours a week plus some with a lot of other stuff going on I want to sleep in on saturday morning not get up bright and earlier and have someone's coffee and breakfast made so he can lounge around in bed. sorry end rant.. your post just brought all that back christine.

there are actually a whole group of subs who love doing that stuff...service subs...i don't mind doing it, but there has to be more to the relationship than just that...& i damn sure don't want to do it for someone who thinks that lazy qualifies him as a dom!! LOL
