I have run across a Dom ( used loosly mind you) that had a profile that read like a BDSM porn movie 101. No mind you this is his final attempt to catch a sub/slave here, I dont think he knows the difference. So what jumps into my email tonight by this person who is making that last ditch effort to catch a doormat. His email was an exact carbon copy of his profile word for word.

So I decide to play troll bait. I send him a nice but strong email saying hey bot, turn human and someone might look at ya for more than 2 paragraphs of your 10 page book of porn, ermmm I mean profile

Now here is the fun part, he actually goes and read my profile and see SWITCH. Now suddenly he is feeling the subly side of himself. LOL I do so love flipped Doms about as much as flipping pancakes, its like you can hear the sizzle when it hits the others side.

Course now I have him confused because I said I like the mental control more than being a sadist, which leds him to the conclusion Im not so Domish and is getting all Dom again.

Obvious trolls are so much fun to flip around when one is in the mood, now where is the syrup ROFL slap some butter and syrup on and I have troll pancakes.  Probably turn to brick tho hehehe

Sadly Im probably the only response he ever got because he sure jumped on my reply lickity split.

Entertainment can be so much fun on the other side sometimes.

edited again because bloody 'ell it was not in the I love and in the I hate, oh well, it will get to I hate shortly once this person become useless to me LOL

with regard to # 1 - remember what you told me the other night, princess.  It holds true for you, too. 

With regard to # 2 - I'm sorry that your feelings got hurt because they shouldn't have.  Other people need to back down and tend to their own gardens.  You post so much encouragement and kindness here on these boards and off, that it's ok if you need to vent and be irritated about the things that aren't going well in your life.  I know this last thing is true because the lovely LadyH told me the same thing earlier and she's got a good head on her shoulders.

Status: offline 		Red, Kali and anyone else who ever struggles with thoughts such as "I am not good enough", it is wrong/bad to feel/be like this", "I should......" and has a milion other ways of beating themselves up and feeling less than .....a book that I keep as my bible and share with many clients and friends is The Happiness Trap . 

It is dirt cheap on Amazon (we pay $25 for it in Australia) and I have given loads of copies away to friends.  It is based on a cognitive behavioural technique known as ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy, pronounced as one word as the basic premise is about doing things, taking positive steps/actions).  It isn't some quick fix, it isn't about getting rid of your unwanted thoughts, sensations and feelings and there is no one right way.

I promise I don't have anything to do with the book...though I do think I should ask them to pay me royalties , it is just the most easily accessible, easy to understand book I have seen and I read everything that comes out in the hopes I can use it with work (coughs.... at the times when I am working ha ha).

If anyone wants more info on ACT feel free to message me, this is the therapy that most fits in with my own beliefs, it is respectful, and gentle yet confronting and there is no right way or wrong way. It simply is your way for you.

Wanders, thanks for the book recommendation...i just pulled out a cbt based book tonight, that is okay but not wonderful. Frankly, i haven't even gotten through it yet, so i don't really know if i would recommend it to anyone. Plus it's about 'dieting'. Anyway, i'm a firm believer that when i hea something more than once it's a sign from God and i must look into it.. i only recently heard about ACT in one of my professional magazines.. i think i'm going to order this book.
