1. Turkey Brined with Saki
2. Cornbread stuffing with cranberries, apples and pears
3. Sage, Apple and Andoulli Sausage Dressing
3. Turkey Gravy
4. Homemade Cranberry, pear, walnut sauce
5. Berenjaeger Glazed Ham
6. Sweet Potato Casserole
7 Green Bean casserole
8. Curried Pumpkin Soup http://allrecipes.com/recipe/curried-pumpkin-soup/detail.aspx
9 Pumpkin Pecan Pie
10 Apple Cake
11 Brandied carrots

and of course fresh baked bread

"I love the way you move".  If I was all toned and whatnot (think Madonna, and you know what Guy said about her toned body), then it wouldn't move.

Status: offline 		i seriously hate that everything that i thought was soooo fun the other night; soooo hot, soooo kinky, soooo slutty has somehow in my mind been reduced to horrible horrible horrible visuals of myself. i hate that i now do not even want to think about being naked in front of Him, let alone having Him touch me. i hate that i've allowed myself to reduce this to some shameful act.

i hate that i can't seem to lose any weight and am unable to 'come to terms' with the way my body looks. i hate that He desperately wants to help me, but i feel so lost and confused i'm not sure i'm capable of being helped.

Status: offline 		I hate it when my van dies... totally and completely... in the darkness... on part of the highway with no lights... and the Things are freaking because the headlights are gone and we are driving blind... no electrical system whatsoever... and it dies.  Kids screaming, Mommy freaking, but thank God, my ex came to get us and bring us home since we just left his place, getting the kids' stuff. 

Now, I'm wondering what the hell I do because I have no money to repair it and no credit cards, and it's sitting along the road, and I'm here... at home.  I am thankful that my ex is still friendly enough that he told the kids to be extra nice and compliant with me because my nerves were just about shot. 

What do I do now?  I have no fucking clue.  I guess I see if my nephew can tow it tomorrow, and put it here in the parking lot, where it will just sit since I can't pay to get it fixed. 

Thing 2 was right when she said, "Mommy, at least it didn't happen when you were on your way to work and the brakes died or something.  At least Daddy was around to bring us home, that means he's a good Daddy, right?"  All I could do was cry and tell her "Yes" to everything she said. 

Thing 1 just held me and patted my head while I sobbed into his shoulder.  It's amazing to have your son, all of 12 years old, nearly 5'7", hold you and say, "Mom, it'll be ok somehow."

My ex said, "This, too, shall pass.  At least I was around to get you guys back home."

My Dad gave me a kiss on the head just let me cry into his arms, then said, "Tomorrow, you take my car to work.  Let me know what you want done with your van and I'll make sure it gets done."

Guess what?  I don't know what I want done.  I'm a mess, crying into my laptop, typing on a message board, wondering what to do, wishing that I had some sort of resources to get it fixed, and wishing to God that I didn't have to be the grown up.  I hate this.  DaddyBoo's phone is turned off and He isn't nearby, and even if He were, there's not a damn thing He could do to fix this mess.

*sorry for the pity party, but I am truly at my wits' end right now... and the kids just want me to come to bed... to make a Mommy sandwich - where I sleep in between them... bless their hearts... I guess it's all they know to do to make me feel better*

God bless all of you for "listening." 

I know there are people who have it much worse than me, but this has really done me in tonight.

You and I have talked and you know what a special place you have in my heart.  I'm only operating at about 4% right now, but I wanted to let you know that you are a treasure and if he loves you, it's for all of you.  You are not just some imperfection that needs correction.  I understand that all too well myself, and you and I have talked about this.  I am by no means a little gal.  You've seen pictures of me and DaddyBoo.  He's not a lightweight either.  During my lifetime, I've been skinny, medium, and fat.  You know what?  It doesn't really mean much at the end of the day.  When people love us, it's not for what we are, or look like, or can offer them... at least it shouldn't be about that.  People love us for how we make them feel... appreciated, adored, cherished.  Let yourself believe what my Beloved told me once, "I love you for your heart, not the packaging it come in.  And no one talks down about My girl - not even My girl... do it, and you will understand how serious I am." 

Well, I didn't listen to that last part once, and He couldn't have punished me worse than what He said to me - "How dare you disrespect yourself and diminish yourself right in front of me?  If I feel that you have such incredible worth, and I know what a beautiful and bright woman you are, how dare you talk about yourself like you are no more than a piece of garbage?  You know what, for once in my life... I'm actually mad at you."  He asked me how I would feel if someone talked about my kids the way I talked about myself, and I said that I'd be pissed and there would be hell to pay.  He looked at me and said, "Then how do you think I feel right now, when the one I love and protect needs protecting from the one I love?"  Think about that, sweetie, and maybe it will make sense to you on some level.

Take care, sweet lady.  You are cherished by so many.  See yourself the way we see you.
