i also hate that i'm getting an email notification from CM everytime i get a cmail....how do i turn that off?

Go to "Mail Control" button on top right hand side of screen on your acct. Unclick the "Send Notification emails" box.

Now for the unwanted emails, hide your profile.

Status: offline 		I hate that my daughter isn't willing to quit smoking yet.  I hate it when I have to go get her cigarettes for her.  I hate that when I get home I have to wash everything I brought here, even the unworn clothing because everything will smell like cigarettes, including myself.  I hate it that their furnace is on the blink so I'm sitting in very cold Idaho with a wood stove for heat & it's not putting out that much heat.

I really hate it that things didn't work out for Christine.  As for the unwanted cmails, you're allowed to delete them without reading them.  Hang in there, it will get easier.  I've found that when I try to distract myself & stay busy to avoid the bad feelings that they just bite me in the ass down the road.  Sometimes it's best to just feel it, wallow in it a bit & it will go away quicker.  Hugs & prayers for you.

Status: offline 		Poor Lady. Where does it itch?  Does Cortizone creame help?  i have found that if i put the tip of a tooth pick near where the itch is and turn it gently the itch goes away. but i don't know if that works for hives.

I am off to boil the dang hives off my back in the shower.  Cream etc makes it worse, but I have found that the benadryl SPRAY is a good thing, but it leaves this film on the skin, which attracts lint, cat hair, etc.
