I hate it that we can't have a great big CM T'day, too. What fun that would be!

I hate that Poen missed out on the Thanksgiving fairy run, too. Sounds like your kitchen/table space is like mine. (sigh)

I hate it when I'm in line at the self check out at the grocery store and realize as I try to scan my things, that the people in fornt of me have just left the store without paying for any of their groceries.

I hate it when I'm trying to get an employee's attention to let her know what just happened and she's too busy chit-chatting to see what I need. So, when I finally get checked out at a different line, I go back and tell her and she looks all forlorn and asks why I didn't say something sooner. (grrrr) I told her in front of her manager that I DID try to tell her but she was too busy talking to her girl friend about the sales they were gonna hit tomorrow to be bothered.

Stupid twit.

I have two random hates:

I hate it when, yet again, I hear someone say that Northern VA isn't truly representative of the South and all things Virginian!

Geez!!! My family had people on both sides of the Blue and Grey, in the same household. I'm generation 7 of 9 born and raised in my hometown. The last time I heard, Virginia had not been re-surveyed, and all parts of Virginia were still south of the Mason-Dixon line.

I also hate when people ask if I dye my hair. Ummm... no. It's natural and iffin ya really want proof, I got a little somethin' else I can show ya.

I am hating that I am still mysteriously sick... feeling somewhat stronger today, but food? NOT an option. I had a cup of tea and a pear so far today, and that will do me for awhile...

DANG annoying. I am missing T-day dinner at Maggiano's, dagnabbit! But here is a sample of just how off my tummy is---I was watching Ribs Paradise on the Travel Channel last night, and the *sight* of all that awesome BBQ was actually a trifle nauseating...

Funny you should mention that. Not long after I posted that it wasn't setting up, I checked & it was almost too set up!!! It's finished & I can be on my way now. Happy Thanksgiving to all. See ya after dinner!!

Something my Mother's kinda foster sister used to make. It's a 3-layer Jello & white high-fat filling concoction. Her name was Nellie. Hence, "Nellie's Salad"! It has many variations, but we don't mention them in front of my sister. She's such a traditionalist!!

I hate it when I am not only over-full, but now have cramps that could drop a horse. I also hate it when DaddyBoo is feeling pretty rough tonight and probably won't be over to see me, which, at this time, is perfectly ok.
