Status: offline 		i hate it when the coolest band i know gets stuck performing at the crappiest (and smallest venue) in town ...this venue cannot handle a capacity over 40 patrons (band included) yet it packed the place until it became a fire hazard.

i also hate it when bands on the lineup (except the one i'm reviewing) chose to do cover songs - horribily butchering them too.

Status: offline 		I hate it when I'm doing too many phukking things and I hear a crash in my bedroom, only to see that the full length mirror has fallen and shattered all over the floor.  Mother-phuk... as if I have time for this shit today.

I also hate it when one of my dearest friends from middle school, high school and beyond calls and wants to meet for a bit.  I tell her that I can't because the van is broken again, I've got broken glass everywhere, and a list of things to do, and she says, "Then I will come by and help you."  I hate that my gut response was to tell her to just go away and leave me be.  *sigh*

eta: I didn't tell her that.  I just wanted to.  I love her to pieces, but some days I just want to be left alone.

Actually, Linea, the Things are out and about with friends for the afternoon/early evening, so I'm good there.  It's just that I have only so many hours in a weekend to get things done around the house, and having a visitor right now isn't gelling with my plans to clean before DB comes over or the Things get home, or whatever.  I also hate that she wants to stop by when I'm tearing things apart, she's never seen my place before, and it looks a mess.  She wouldn't care, but I do.  (where's the pouty bottom lip emote?  I need one of those thingies.)

There is nothing worse than someone self inviting themselves, especially when they should have a sense that even mentioning all the shards you have to pick is a CLEAR indication that your frazzled.
