I practically grew up in truckstops.

Gwyn, I love that this whole page has been you! lol At least we all love to look at your pic, and hear what you have to say!

I know that looking back on this year, it will be wonderful. But right now, it's just killing me. But I know that everything will work out fine. There won't be fighting, and arguing (About mean stuff.... I mean, come on. Of course my stepdad and I wil argue. My mom thinks we were like brother and sister in a past life. lol) and I will have my UM, my mom, stepdad, brother, probably my dad, and My Sweets to share Christmas with this year, even if it IS only for part of it.

Besides, Sweets told me that He will make it all up to me. I'm off to talk about good things now in "I love it when"!!

I hate it when (you may laugh at this, its funny) I got drunk because i was having a heart to heart with Warden. It went well but I drank so much I dont remember the end of the night. I was told I was a superb lay and got deep throated and had no gag reflex. But I dont remember any of it.

And my neck is really sore!!!

Nah. It was just me and the Warden and no roofies, just bourbon.

me too and i have no idea what job....wont go back thru to read...too lazy....when i helped M with his resume....me and the other sub in the house that nite...we were so punchy we insisted on adding the words...dynamic and abreast and decided that the entire resume was crap without those two words....and he got the job....lemme know if you need your resume punched up....hehe

I hate that I just found out that the car rental place wont accept a debit card, unless I have a plane ticket (huh??). *sigh*

Even if it is not picture perfect I am sure it will still be lovely since you are with family.

For years I have hosted Orphans Thanksgiving and Christmas parties. For the poor folks who have no home or family to go to, or for those who can not go home. ( Usually my gay friends who's parents will not have them in their home )

It was never perfect.. and I am sure many of them would rather be with family.. but we had fun and we made our own family of sorts.

I can not wait till Christmas dinner! Yummy stuff!

Kyttyn I looked at that corset..You are NOT funny shaped anywhere..You have Shape and Substance...that is all. I have the same problem..I can't wear things made for flat as Boy Boards, either.

To all those dreading Christmas because this economy or familial problems have made getting together and doing what you do every year nigh unto impossible..know that Christmas is in the heart not the gifts, in the phone calls, not the being together face to face. It is allowing yourself to renew and celebrate a new year coming and contemplate the blessings of the year past. Kids expect and want gifts, but gifts can be made, church gorups can help as can the marines and salvation army..but you may also find that freecycle can help you give what you cannot afford. I have had Christmas's where money was so tight I could barely bake cookies to celebrate it..and others where I have been flush. It has never mattered when it could still be shared with friends who cared. If there is no one nearby, volunteer at a shelter, a soup kitchen, visit at a hospital or old age home and share the gift of time. You get back so much more than you give. Last of all come here...

Here you have family too...

GT, try Thrifty if you haven't already. all the other places required a return flight to use a debit, but Thrifty didn't. it's worth checking into.
