Holly... almost all insurance companies have internet access for patients now.  You should be able to check online and see what doctors have been submitting charges in your son's name.  When your doctor's office signs on, they can only see what they submitted, but as the patient, you can see all the doctors. 

Also, alot of companies have 24 hour phone lines for patients.  Call the customer service number on your card, and tell them what your doctor's office told you. 

What might have happened is that a previous vaccine was keyed in with the wrong procedure code by the doctor's office, OR was scrambled on the insurance end (either electronically or if they submit on paper, by the scanning process), so that your insurance thought your son had already received a flu shot.

Not yet, Sage, which is pissing me off. I never lose things like that, it's like car keys with me, I simply don't lose them, I'm too OCD about where I put things. I have very, very specific places that things like keys and cards go. Anywhere else and it's likely to cause a panic attack.

The bad news is that the last time I saw it was when I used it Tuesday morning. Just before going out and tramping all over Kingdom Come in the area. The doctor's office, the mall, all over downtown, to Lumus' work place, the chocolate shop, back home again..... They don't put your name on it here so there'd be no way to ID it as mine.

Status: offline 		I would definetly cancel even if finding it later in a safe place. I know its a major pain in the ass, since those things have replaced money.

I feel your pain, I think in the last 3 years I have lost my about once a year, with my memory if I accidently set something down, it takes forever to find it, sometimes never, even if its not left the house.  This includes, my bank card, keys, things I have just had seconds ago LOL  Pens I can use them once then never to be seen again LOL

I hopeless. LOL  Im thinking of bringing my old cell phone just in case to the wedding ROFL

Status: offline 		I hate it when my neighbor/friend gets more bad news about her Thing 1 (who is only 2 days older than my Thing 1) and decides to throw "everybody's Things" into the catagory of "problem Things." 

I told her something that no mommy should have to hear, but I figured better from me than someone else because I could soften the blow a bit.  Unfortunately, it got turned into "well no one else's kid is any better."  I just nodded and said, "I know you're at the end of your rope."  (Thank goodness I had some measure of grace about me because I really just wanted to say, "Well, um... no, not really.")

1) Go to exercise the RV and find the storage yard layered with over an inch of solid ice
2) Buy a nice stash of groceries, check them out, and find I have no debit or credit cards (or even a driver's license!)

(#2 is the redhead's fault!!)

Status: offline 		Greedy, it's a blessing and a curse to have one who is (as poen says so aptly) "her mother's daughter." 

Her wit is amazing, her intelligence outstanding, and her timing... well, it's just beyond words.

Poor Dad, though, he was really into watching Law & Order when she decided to come out with my bra wrapped around her head... not much he could say, just kinda rolled his eyes, sighed, and went back to watching the television.
