I remember using them years ago with British Gas. They told everyone the tags had to be 'recharged'. It was clearly just a means of purging the old tag ID's from the system but most people just nodded. I bet you could have some fun with the permissions of the hierarchy with it.

Moga, I know exactly what it's like hun. I'm hard of hearing in my left ear and my right ear has the same clarity as being twelve feet under water. Most of the time (quiet environments) I can get away with it, sometimes I have to ask people to repeat something or focus on their lips to confirm what it is I thought I'd heard. When I used to drink I would only drink with my deaf friends as I couldn't hear a damned thing. It's only really with door to door salesmen that I ever 'become profoundly deaf'. You should see them try to work out the 300mph sign language. Heh heh heh. Hugs right back at ya!
