I love it when food is perfect. For example, I cut open a big avocado a few days ago, and it was perfectly ripe and flawless. So good! Or when I craved certain ingredients in a dish, and we went to a place in Japantown, in San Francisco, - Sapporo's, I'll give them a plug - and they had a dish with everything I wanted and more, and perfectly cooked, perfectly fresh, perfectly tasty. I ask the cook over - she was helping wait tables that night, too! - and told her it was one of the best meals I've ever had. I could go on,...can you tell I'm hungry? Again.
