lol cutie...that reminds me of the time last year when i ws so sick and taking cold meds.  i couldn't figure out why i was so damned tired!  well, turns out i had gotten pm cold medicine and trying to make it through work while the meds were trying to put my to sleep.  not fun, and i'll never make that mistake again.  [8|]

OMG, I had that album and poster when I was young. But..I still liked the Jackson 5 better!
 
(For those who are may not remember, there used to be a feud as to who was cuter, sang better..etc.. Michael or Donny. Jackson 5 or the Osmonds. I was on the Michael Jackson, Jackson 5 team!)

i did that with Alka Seltzer plus. As you said Christine, it is a mistake you make once.

I love it when I have such amazing friends who I can laugh, giggle, cry, and be silly with.
I love it when today was a little better than yesterday, which was a little better than Monday, which was a little better than Sunday.
I love that Christine hung out at the pool with the smallest amphibian-wannabe today, who is now sleeping like a log.
I love it that my big moose gave me a hug today and a kiss on the cheek, even though there were friends around.
I love it when Tulip sends night-night messages to my dad and he sends them back before we hang up the phone.
I love it when there are things that I find happiness in, even if they are small.
I love it when my boss gets wrapped around the axle about something I messed up and corrected at the office, that would have normally made me nuts, but with the residual numbing agent Rx coursing through my head, I was just kind of like "meh... it's fixed, life goes on" and didn't absorb her stress into my emotional sponge.  (That was kind of fun.)  [;)]

I have had a shit day.
 
I mean one of those days that you wish you hadn't had gotten out of bed at all. I got yelled at by the manager of my complex for having my poodle over, even though I was given permission to have him here. Apparently, the guy who plays the bass next door, decided that he didn't appreciate me coming over at 2 am and asking him to turn it down, since apparently I told him it didn't bother me. (He asked me if it bothered me at all on the day I returned to my apt. when I hadn't even been here in a few days, so how was I to know it really was that loud?).
 
Then, I get into an argument with a friend who was rude and insulting to my Amiga's when they were here, and he just doesn't understand what it was that he said or did that caused them both to want to ball gag him.
 
I fell asleep last night without my boot on, and this morning I woke up to a foot the size of a football and hurt as much as a quarterback who just got sacked.
 
So, needless to say, it was a pretty bad day.
 
So I go to my mailbox (OK, here comes the I love post!) and inside is a package from Australia! Yes, Miss Wanders sent me the most wonderful gift! She couldn't have possibly known this, but I was just wishing this morning for exactly what she sent! I was saying to myself, how dumb it is for a woman who lives in the desert to not have body lotion, and wala! There it was, in my mailbox! I could have cried, well, in all honesty, it did bring tears to my eyes. The best part about this, is that it was nice and warm from sitting in the mailbox all day. It was over 100 degrees today.
 
So, thank you Wanders for the beautiful and most timely gift imaginable. What a sweetheart you are!  *Hugs!!!!*
