I love it that justice does come around (even if it takes a long time) and charges were laid in court last week against the idiots who sprayed gasoline on the wall of the apartment building the day before our wedding. Apparently, my statement was a large part of it....not sure how I feel about that.

(I hate that we might have to appear in court but that's a part of justice...)

Big time, apparently, Greedy. Now the real fun begins - will they retaliate against us and try to get us to move or evict us for giving a statement and testifying if necessary?

Hard to say, holly, we know that they're involved with another case of discrimination, they just asked us a couple of weeks ago to provide a written statement that we've never seen them harass or discriminate against anyone based on race, and that there were no problems with maintenance here. We gave them the statement about discrimination (which is true - how the hell would WE see something like that?) but would not lie about the maintenance.

At this point in their legal time, what's one more case? We are talking about the idiots who sprayed gasoline to kill bugs after all......
