your welcome coming from one who is trying hard as hell to lose the weight as well, use the chicken nachos as a treat its really not that bad as far as calorie fat and carbs...! keep up the great work love

True, but if I ration my daily alloted calories correctly I can have bread that's not a 12 grain wheat bread.

I just get aunt millies 12 grain hearth bread. It's good in fiber and it's what a doctor suggested to my mom who has "health" problems.

I'm not worried about carbs per say because it's considered a good carb that my body needs.

The one thing I've learned is that you don't have to cut everything. I was just given a certain amount of calories that I had to eat of I was active or a different number if it was an inactive day. I just didn't eat much meat before because it just doesn't entirely appeal to me. But I have a peanut allergy which rules out beans and peanuts and soy and I really have to eat protein two hours before i work out or I get really sick and shakey. I also have to eat protein after I workout.

I love it when we get the go-ahead for my Dad's move. (I cried a bit this morning when it all happened, until he said, "Hey, you aren't supposed to do that, you know?"... then I stopped.)

I love it when we go to the place he's moving to, and right before we leave, I hear people call out, "Hi [Red's Dad]!!! Are you moving here?" He says he is, and the chatter commences. Then, I hear him getting hugs from some old friends of his. Next thing I know, my Dad is saying, "See? I haven't been here 5 minutes and I got a kiss from your wife already!" to one of his buddies whose wife gave Dad a kiss on the cheek.

I love that they all laughed and talked about what they would do when he got there this weekend.

I love that the Director of the place looked at me and said, "He's going to be fine. It's YOU who is going to have to adjust, sweetie."

I love that I told the Director that I was getting a preview of taking my kids off to college, and she agreed with me.

I love that DB wrote to the couple we have made friends with recently, (the gal wants me to Top her), and He was so amazingly loving and complimentary when He wrote about me that I cried.

i love that i'm a productive member of society today...
i love that i have true, unconditional, friends, who have no hidden motives and no that i have none as well {despite what some psychotic freaks would say}
i love it when friends text me to share important event going on in their life.
i love it when i feel a part of other peoples families.
i love it when He reminds me that i have to work at my 2nd job tonight because He realizes how important it is to me.
i love it when my 9 year old nephew calls just to tell me he misses me and to see how i'm doing.
i love it when i decide to just surrender to the fact that my 2nd job is going to take a picture of me for their website so i might as well let them.
i love it when i do not even try to tell them they should just use an avatar because clearly i'm trying to convince all of you that it's really me.....
i love it when i can just ignore some levels of insanity...despite the fact that some people refuse to see it...
i love te fact that we are schedule to go to a costume party this weekend...
