It's been something of a grueling day over here. My happy happy, go to the park, run errands kind of day didn't happen. But what I love is that I can come here, flirt, be silly, and let go of the tension.

Ok, so when I was in Peru, my computer was stolen (by another teacher, the bastard... drug addict.) And on that computer was all my music. I had been given a cd by one of my students for a musician, but I only remembered the music, but I couldn't remember the musician's name. Guitar ... ohhh so lovely... easy to understand words (sunshinealita it will help you understand Spanish - rather like we teach students John Denver music to help them with English) and I remembered the musician was from Cuba. But that's all I can remember. I was so mad about my computer being stolen - mostly because of the music I lost - everything else was backed up.

So I'm on Facebook tonight, and another one of my students is on my friends list. He takes some test (I'm too tired to read in Spanish right now), and it says something about the words of "Silvio Rodriguez"... ACK! That's the musician! Ohhhh it's so beautiful. I pulled him up on you tube and have been listening to his soothing, quiet music for the last 20 minutes. It's amazing.

that's a nice thing to have happen.

I love that I finally got rid of the heartburn that has been plaguing me for the last week or so.

I love that I had a good workout tonight and the personal trainer and I were able to work out why I wasn't dropping any weight and why I felt so bloated, fat, and yuckky.

I love that I had dinner with my aunt whom I'm close to and we had a good conversation, but one that also made me think and a little sad.

i love it when my awesome "playtime" babysitter (yes, i have to have 2...one for work, one for play) agrees to be on standby in case she is needed.

i love it that Sir just texted me that He requires my presence after work!

i love it that playtime sitter was not on standby for nothing. i always feel so bad, tho i don't know why...she gets paid either way.

I love that while I was disparaged yesterday about working out and not dropping weight and feeling bloated and yuccky today I had a fantastic workout. After talking with my p-trainer we were able to modify the workout plan to where I wasn't working so much on building muscle, but losing fat. I love that I did a nice interval workout on the tread mill and that I was able to push up to three miles in thirty 20-25is minutes and I didn't feel like I was gasping for breath when I got off the tread mill today. I love that I feel fantastic right now.

Hey imp,
Have you tried the EFX? It's similar to the treadmill but easier on the joints. It feels like you burn calories without even trying.

I have when I was a member of a gym my personal trainer doesn't have one in her studio. She's pretty careful about overworking me one of my goals was being able to run 2-3 miles with my dogs. I don't have so much problems with my joints, but I really am out of shape, but I feel we had a breakthrough today.. Thanks for your support!
