i love that a teacher at the place i'm doing my training dragged me into the office to meet the head cheese. he said that he thought i would be ideal to do some part time teaching of a specific subject.

he's aware i don't have credentials, but is willing to work around it. it's very short term, but it'll look great on my resume.

not sure my current employers will love it, as i'll have to ask to go to part time work, but hey, i'm not in love with my employers anymore [8D]

you take leaps where i've looked and contemplated before staying still. i'm not happy at my current work, so i'm taking a baby step into life a la the "sunshine method"

i love people who provide inspiration just by being themselves [:)]

That reminds me when I was about to study...one colleague had told me that if you have a certain apprenticeship here, then you can study what I am studying...so I went for it and got my place....that then lead another colleague to realise what I am doing, she applied and at the end we both started the same degree at the same time...(though at different universities)...so sometimes someone making that first leap can help a lot others to take it [:)]

I love it that my TV programme provider finally opened my TV on demand function again as well as catch up TV on demand...it didn't work since months but I could not be bothered to look for their phone number and their quick dial didn't work for me as I don't have my phoneline with them....and what had happened? because I had paid for too much pay TV on one occassion (weren't that many but ok, views differ) they had blocked it until they got their money via my direct debit...just that nobody bothered afterwards to remove that block again [>:][>:][>:]

However, now it is sorted again, thank goodness [:)]

Hello everyone,

Dr. Walter Lear, a man who befriended me over 20 years ago and was instrumental in helping me make manifest a dream I had, has recently died. He taught me that anybody, no matter how uneducated, inexperienced, and confused can learn and grow and make something if they have the passion and the vision. Because of him, one of my friends and I started a program that helped thousands of people, even saved a few lives. Dr. Lear always had a smile and a laugh for everyone no matter what. And he always had vision.

May he rest in peace.

HUGS sunshine.....and i am sorry for your loss, but what an amazing life. i know you'll find peace in celebrating his life and legacy.

i love it when i can be completely honest, heartwrenchingly so... with someone. Even when it hurts, it's better than donning a mask or hiding beside the facade of "i'm alright....i'm ok"
