okay girls, i know you can help me here. i've been looking for jobs and nothing comes close to paying what i make at the one i absolutely destest and am on suspension from today. i either take a cut in pay, or i stay where i am and suck it up and deal with the crap going on there. someone give me some ways to cope, i'm out of them right now with this particular job. any ideas? begging here....[&:]

good chance of those at these other places, but i'm moving next January....anything i get now is just to hold me over until my move. the job i have now i just don't think i can take anymore, i love the work but all the crap is killing me and i'm almost in tears every morning when i'm driving there...i don't know if the money is worth that kind of stress.

One has to be, laid off , or fired without "good reason". Employers , of course, hate when folks collect unemployment. It raises their unemployment "contribution".So, often, they will fight tooth and nail and contest the issue od whether termination was for cause or not.
