Greedy? Have you tried just disconnecting the drain hose from the wall and laying it in a shallow pan (something lower than the bottom of the washing machine tub), to see if the water will just run out? My washer is in a "well" about 3 inches lower than the surrounding floor and it has a drain, so I can just drop the hose to the floor drain. If you don't have one of those, use a pan. Cali

um..no... and I'm afraid if I tried I'd screw something up (like spraying myself with all that nasty water.. puke) .. probably easiest to just bail it, for me. I got most of it out already, should only take one or two bucketsful...

:P I washed them at my neighbors (two cycles).. and they went into the dryer with the fabric sheets.. theyre all dry and as far as I can tell ..no stinky..LOL
