i hang up a small quilt top that's not vy exotic (vy homey), on a glass door to give some privacy. and then turn out all the lights but the hall light. it looks like a stained glass window... i wonder if i can put a nightlight out there somewhere so it's like that all night? [:D]

I love it when I have managed to clear out a lot of the crap in my dining area and throw it away.  That made room for me to rearrange my dining table which makes it look more spacious.

I love spending Sunday mornings playing poker with Phoenix and knowing we can still share things like that together.
 
I love being shot by my son with a play gun and put in cuffs and told he is taking me to jail!

OK, something nice...

I love it when I put a "wanted" post on Freecycle for a vacuum cleaner that works, and I get a really nice one that made my carpets look really spiffy.  [:)]

I love it when old childhood friends track me down on Facebook. OK, granted the super embarassing picture of the two of us 20 years ago is ...well... yeah a side effect.
But I have known this girl since I was 7, and we havent talked in years.. and I get an email from her today saying HA I found you!

I love when my thing with austism draws a picture with hearts on it plus a girl and boy stick figure and writes " the one I love " and tells me it is a picture of him and a girl from his class.
 
I hate that her and her family moved and I can't help him understand that.

i love that i exposed a side of myself tonight to him that has caused me stress for 20 years now and he still loves and wants me.  it makes me cry and smile at the same time to have finally found someone that can and does accept this imperfection that i have.  it might sound shallow on my part, but it's something that has caused a lot of rejection and grief for me and it has become mt. rushmore in my brain...maybe now i can get to the task of turning this mountain into a speed bump, then into nothing.

I love it when I survive a day at the amusement park (King's Dominion) w/my grandson & his 13 year old cousin.
I love it that as soon as I walked in the door to pick him up, he gave me a big hug in front of everyone saying he loved me.
I love it when everyone has a good time on the roller coasters.
I LOVE ROLLER COASTERS and I LOVE that I FINALLY got to ride this one.......
