Status: offline 		  lamb chops.... and red potatoes. I'm thinking of baking them. Mashing the red potatoes. But I haven't cooked lamb in years because the monsters wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole. Just kinda wondering if anyone else had some scrumptious ideas.

Status: offline 		making them that way saves a ton of time... just have to make sure the taters are washed good though, before boiling them.  I like to add a little sour cream and chives to them when i do them this way.
