I love FINALLY getting rid of my last student and going home to a massive dinner!  Yummy chewy meat, mashed potatoes and fresh GREEEEEEN beans!  Now I have to stay sitting up for awhile...[:)]

i love that i went to see a new doctor  today and she treated me like i'm a.....well....a HUMAN FREAKING BEING!!! Yep, You heard it right. You heard it here first. Not only that but she actually listened to what i had to say...AND responded after thinking about what i had to say........

i LOVE that for the first time in 12 years someone is finally willing to look at and help me with this weight issue.

I just keep changing Dr's till I find a good one that listens. I have over the years gotten better at picking good ones though. Good luck on that sweetie.. if it is a thyroid issue Doubly good luck!

Mine packed up and left town 11 years ago when I had my um.

Seriously...i hate thyroids...hate 'em! heate 'em!! hate 'em!!!
Had mine surgically removed 12 years ago.  9 years ago (and after gaining 165 pounds) they finally placed me on some replacement medication.
Bastards!!

Yikes honey! Thyroids are pains in the ass. and the synthroid makes you strung out like a meth addict.. Really high highs.. and really low lows. Ugh.

I refuse to take mine.. so what if my hips are huge damn it.

Oh Dear Gods..... ( All of them) I do not know if I should post this here, or in the I hate it when thread ACK!!!!!!!!

As many of you know there was a shooting at one of our churches in Knoxville. I am doing the sermon this Sunday.. and It was pre-planned months ago for it to be on Forgiveness.

I *just* learned my church has put out press releases in the news, news paper, and radio about *my* sermon and the tradgedy. So the press and general public are invited and will be there. I am so bloody nervous now.
