An update, for my Concerned Readers:  I found the pink purse on mom's closet shelf!!  HUZZAH!!

OMG my hairdresser told me that Kenra has discontinued their awesome hair straightening stuff!  I am appalled, since it is one of the few products that *I* can make work on my hair.  [&:]  Mainly  I just want to point the dryer at it until it's dry...all that straightening and blowing out---NOT for me.

I love sitting on the front porch in the wee hours as a rare lightning storm rolls across the sky in eerie near-silence, only to have the thunder roll across the land like a miniature earth quake. It's like witnessing a war of the gods. Or perhaps a friendly brawl.

Heh, I figure it's got to be a few miles off shore. Pretty sweet, although now I'm getting traffic from LAX flying overhead. Rather awe inspiring to imagine what the lightning must look like from that altitude. Even considering they are freaking low. Also managed to get some not horrible footage on the digital cam, yay!

Also, sideways lightning rocks! [:D]
