I loved it that the Drunken Doughnuts was *Next door* to Florida Highway Patrol in Fort Myers. Puuuuuuurfect location.



I also love it that it is Friday! WOOHOO!!!!! and the Um is out playing with a friend.. ahhhhhh.. blessed silence.

Way to go on the walking/stretching!  That's great that you do that/it might just help you during delivery. Are you having natural childbirth?


Polly is a cute name.. *smiles*

Oh.. no more pets.. the baby is coming.. and that will be responsibilty enough. ( my um now wants a dog too... he has lost his mind)

Yeah I get out my little yoga mat.. put on some music and sit infront of my altar and streeeeeeeetch. I walk every where... and it averages about 3-5 miles a day. ( except on weekends if I am not going shopping)

My last labor ( the first one ever) was natural.. not even an asprin.. The Midwife and nurses said it was the easiest labor they had ever seen. I was in "labor" for 2 hours.... it wasnt that big of a deal.. nurses were taking thier breaks in my suite.. I had Native American flute music on.. candles, and sage.  Durring the actual pushing ( 10 mins) and when it got heavier We switched to drum music.

He popped out while I was in meditation. The midwife slapped my thigh so hard she left a bruise for a week to get me to stop pushing. LOL

It was an awesome experiance. ( I used to volunteer as a Dolua ~ labor assistant so I knew how things would go..)

So yep.. even with the realy screwed up back and hip it is going to be natural.

I have been watching the labor and delivery stuff on Discovery Health and my poor Um is scared to death about the labor.

He calls them the "scary shows" mind you this is the kid that laughs at horror movies. *chuckles* at least he has his head on right.. and knows what scary is. *smiles*

yeppers.. and the whole labor thing usualy squicks guys...

he wouldnt watch them when I wasnt giving him a baby brother or sister.. LOL but now.. OMG. LOL

it is sort of like the train wreck thing... he wants to see what happens but boy is it scary.

well not really but i won't have a day off in 8 days, which will then be a day where i have six hours of seminars so i might as well be working. shrug. it's money lol.

They are such wussies about it... *chuckles*

I have had to pick up so many of them off the floor from fainting.. and then some are totaly thrown off thier wife's bits for a long time after seeing it like that... Silly critters.

I would generaly tell them to stay up at their end of the action.. and everything would be fine. *smiles* A few surprised me and did ok.

On my last one... he wasnt even allowed in the hospital.. I would have throttled him. I just knew he would say something to piss me off and ruin the whole thing.
