An amazing thing to re-discover, isn't it? I've been doing that myself the past 3 weeks. While a bit overwhelming, it's still better than pretending to want the things that you have but don't enjoy, and better to realize that there's a purpose in wanting the things that bring you true happiness.

It has been pretty amazing. *hugs you back* it was hard to make that choice.. to decide I was going to be ok in someone elses care as long as I picked the right person and was careful. I have held onto so much control my *whole* life since I was 12, and my mother was ill and I was the only one there to do *everything*. It is nice finaly realizing surender is what I not only need, but what I ultimately want. I can never thank Poen and her wonderful Sir for last weekend. When I talked to her about comming out I had no idea it was going to be the catalyst for a life changing descion. I had been on the fence.. I had toyed with the idea.. but I was never sure. being topped by such a wonderful person... and how it was done with such care was so cathartic, with the swirling of emotions I have had about my life.. and all the issues I have had. It finaly allowed me to truly cry, get most of it out.. and to be free of it. Once I did that I could finaly see my life, wants, and needs so much more clearly with out all of the BS surrounding it.
I am so blessed to have such good friends. *huggles every body*
and I love it that I think I found a wonderful wonderful man straight out of the gate as it were.
I am so glad you are able to slow down, stop, and re-evaluate things in your life too. I hope they all go wonderfuly. You deserve to be truely happy honey.
