I love it when Co- workers take pitty on the poor waddling owman I have become.. and bring me my fave foods. One gentleman in management's mum makes pickles... He brought me a big old jar of Bread and butter pickles this morning! They are sooooooooo good. i love that i kept my cool at work today...acustomer thought his and all the worlds problems were my fault and he wasn't very nice when he called me a stupid cunt. i kept my cool though, yay me!

Imp...i'm yours...let me know where i need to be & when for this adoption to take place...[:D] christine...what kind of a job do you have where you have to stay nice when someone is calling you a cunt??? i want to know so that i can avoid it....even a $3/hour raise wouldn't convince me to do that job....i had a job one time & there was a surgeon there who liked to call the staff "donkeys"...i asked my boss if i was expected to take verbal abuse & she said absolutely not, so he never called me any names at all...& neither did anyone else......

Christine...You are a better woman than I am for I would have politely told him, "Sir, Your problem is important to you but cursing at me and calling me names is not going to get me to solve your problem and is far more likely to get me to have you ejected by security" Even if you don't have security..it does tend to calm them down, though it does help to be able to lower the temperature in your immediate location just by the chill in your voice like I can. poenkitten (sending a HUMONGOUS Hug your way)

thanks all...i actually love my job...i just happened on the wrong cust. at the wrong time. "he" wasn't worth getting fired over, he was a jack ass probably having a lousy day...sucks to be him. mind you, if i ever crossed paths with him on the street i'd tell him a word or two of my "wisdom". when the situation is appropriate, i can roar with the best of them.
