thanks for the posture advice - the show is taped live at venues around town and aired later that same month. i'm planning to put a clip or two on youtube.

Yes posture is *very* imporant.. make sure you do not sloutch or slump down. Sit as straight up as you can manage, "The Cincher" back brace reminded me to sit straight.. and sucked in the bits I didnt want the world to see. It also accentuates the bust and hips.. minimizes the waist. Also be sure not to lower your chin down too much. ( It causes even skinny minnies to have those chin rolls on tv.) Keep your shoulders square, and head up. If you are wearing a skirt do not cross your legs.... cross your ankles.

Try not to be too rigid.. but not a rag doll either.

A portable lint brush will be your new best tool. Keep one in your bag.

Also mind your facial expressions... esp if you tend to be expressive. Some peoples thoughts flit right across thier face. ( this is very helpful when doing news and political spots!)

I got ALLL the stuffs I need for tomorrow's doll meet, got two DOUGHNUTS for me (well, one is some kind of pastry...) AND my Raisin Bran Crunch that I have been craving.  So what if there is an unopened box of Crispix on the shelf?  I wants my RB Crunch!!

I love all the lovable stuff going on here.

I love that last night's dinner with the boss and co-workers didn't turn into the political shitfest that I was afraid of.  It was awesome, and so phukking expensive that I'm glad it was on the firm's dime.  ($700.00 for 4 people to have dinner and a tremendously expensive bottle of wine.  Holy friggin' cow.)

I love that I got to have lunch with one of my best girl friends since the 6th grade today.  (I hate that she is most probably going to move to TN after her husband gets served with divorce papers in the next week or two.)

I love that I made someone smile today just by being myself.
