Yayyyyyyyyyy I love that I'm having fun doing this road trip all by myself. I haven't gotten lost a single time thanks to Lola (my gps unit, dang I swear she is dominant..gets all huffy if I detour!)

Thanks angel..Like the good little masochist I am I am going back to the gym again this morning..I am doing 2 hours 6 days a week...sigh, so hard to peel off weight when you have no thyroid and diabetes.

I love that I'm finally able to look forward to Fri's now! The Open House is over, I don't have to pull a double shift until Oct. 11, I can do anything I want! Even if it means doing nothing!

OMG I knew it!!!!!  Well I only figured it out in the last couple of days.... mainly because it ws so cute to see Christine post something and then see OneDom69 immediately post something supportive and sweet to/about her.

Wow 2 hours a day 6 days a week? Way to go poenkitten!!!!  Are you adding a protein shake to your diet since you started exercising?  I find that they help keep hunger pangs at bay and increase my energy whenever I ramp up my exercise.

my idea of exercise is a good brisk sit followed by a rocking game of BINGO...

Nope, though I have upped the protein and cut carbs...I have to be very careful with the diabetes. I am working on conditioning, weight loss and core for my abs and back...but due to health issues limited in what machines or exercises I can do safely.

poenkitten..who is gonna get there or force Master to buy her a tummy tuck since he hates her tummy

okay, now i'm feeling all mushy!  [:)] 

i'm just amazed right now, trying to close my mouth lol.  when i wanted to become a hermit and close off the world, something wonderful sideswipes me and takes me for the ride of my life.  i'm hanging on tight because this will be the ride of my life.
