over here, ray, we generally do a casual phone interview first. waste of time if their resume doesn't live up to their reality, or what is offered really isn't what they thought it was. sometimes easier to 'get' that while talking. if they pass that, then they get a live interview. saves everybody's time.

and if it's more than a comfortable drive away, often they'll fly you to them (if the positions high enough). pre-interviewing saves on that expense too!

They will fly you to interviews here also. If someone is applying for a job with me I would want to see them in person. First impressions mean a lot. You can BS to much on a phone. The first 5 minutes will tell if your hired or not.

i love that the jacarandas are in bloom (blue and purple) and that every colour of roses (especially purple) are in lush bloom and that blue irises are particularly popular in my neighbourhood and they're EVERYWHERE! my street to come home has a march of trees down either side of the street which creates an arcing canopy of purple in spring and green for summer.

I love it when I find something my tuumy likes when I feel poopy.

Craisin Warm oatmeal. Ymmy stuff.

I love it when even the cat and the dog want some. We all shared.

I love it when my cat is such a hand slut that she flops down infront of the dog and *makes* him pet and groom her.

I love that she doesnt really meow.. she trills.. and tries her best to talk through trilling. I love it when she smacks the dog lightly to remind him of his duty to love on her.

she is such a needy pushy lil slut.

I also love being able to go back to bed... now that some of the pain has abated.

Oh hell no.. snow? Brrrrrr.. it gets below 60 F here and I am bitching about wearing a jacket.

We used to do Thanks Giving dinner on the back porch.

I absoultely and completely love it when I get a phone call that my sweetie Jean ( softandshy here) has switched her home town to St. Pete.. and is getting routed for some down time here.

I am sooooooooooooo happy!

Even with my head hurting.. *goofy grin*

She will get to meet the um.. and the lil muffin that is still "baking" and spend lots of time with us.
