that is what i wanted a tomgal like me, sorta  but NO i have miss drama queen and her royal ass to deal with.......it got so bad that one time  her uncle hid her tiarra where she couldnt get it, she got so mad, it is still a joke around here....

I love it when... IT'S CHOCOLATE WEEK!

I love it when... 3 dozen small truffle centers and 2 dozen large truffle centers are chilling their little selves in my freezer.  Tomorrow evening they will be dipped in melted dark chocolate, chilled, and redipped again.  Then melted white chocolate will be flung over them, willy-nilly, and will result in a beautiful pattern.
I love that I can make chocolate truffles, and they taste fan-fuckin-tastic every single time.  YIPPEE!  [sm=champ.gif]

The two dozen large and one dozen of the small will be going to a bake sale for the orchestra at my daughter's school. The other two dozen small will be going with my daughter to a slumber party on Friday.

And tomorrow night, after the truffles are dipped, there will be a baking session of Ooey Gooey Chocolate Mint Brownies, also for the bake sale.

Anybody hungry? [:)]
